They do it by being fully honest about the "risks" involved with joining the military.That way you don't end up with something like this... :)
I heard the same thing about Jarhead - I still really want to hear it, so CG, make sure you let us know. From here on out it's mainly studying for me for finals on weekends, but I wouldn't mind taking a little break to see some men in uniform...mmm.
