Lost in the Semi-Finals

Well, this "Marine" wasn't intimidating enough to take the "Puck-Off" crown this year. I creamed my first opponent 7-3, then lost to the eventual champion 7-5. I put up a valiant effort but early in the game he hit the puck so hard it flew off the table and right into my index finger. Now its swollen and black and blue. But being the military woman I was last night, I shook it off and continued playing. He was wearing a mullet so I couldn't help but laugh throughout the game. Oh well.

There was a contest in Chicago for the most offensive halloween costume. These are ones I've heard of so far this year that made me go "OMG!":

-Terri Schiavo
-a Rapist (t-shirt with Rapist written on it and scratch marks all over)
-Hurricane Katrina
-Katrina evacuees and looters (painted themselves black, wet, carrying bags with TV's in them)
-twin towers with a plane crashing into it
-beheaded soldier being accompanied by people dressed up as Al Queda
-bird flu

Has anyone else heard of anything more offensive than these? Like I said before, I am dressing up as a Marine, to show my love for them :)

"PUCK OFF"

Its that time of year again, my friends and fellow teachers all get dressed up in their favorite costume and compete in a serious air hockey tournament. I will be dressed up as a Marine so I will look 2x as tough. Dressing slutty in the past didn't help my game to maybe dressing intimidating will give me a slight edge. There's a balloon drop, a trophy presentation and cash prizes so cross your fingers everyone that I'll be bringing it home baby!

Go lay in some traffic Cindy

Well folks, Cindy Sheehan is at it again. Well I guess she never stopped but thank god we've had some natural disasters and some indictments to take the spotlight off of her. ((((I'M BEING SARCASTIC))))

She got arrested yet again for staging a "die-in" to symbolize the 2,000 death in the War on Terror. I'm sure they've been waiting for that last Marine to get blown up so it can add fuel to their flickering fire. Its a good thing I'm not living in Washington b/c I'd be caught on tape challenging them to a game of "speedbump" or shoving a flag that says "Semper Fi" down her throat till she choked.

This article MILITARY FAMILIES 'DISGUSTED' BY SHEEHAN just goes to show how she's just driving the knife in deeper of the families who lost their loved ones in the war. Now I'm all fired up and its a Friday afternoon.....I need a drink

Warfront with Jihadistan

From Federalist Patriot:

Al-Qa'ida murdered almost 3,000 Americans on U.S. soil in about an hour back in 2001—almost all of them civilians. The reason no additional American civilians have died in attacks on our homeland is that 150,000 uniformed American Patriots have formed a formidable front on al-Qa'ida's turf, a very inhospitable region of the world. These Patriots are a proud breed—Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coastguardsmen—and they have chosen to stand in harm's way in order to defend their families, their friends, their country.
In doing so, more than 2,000 of these brave souls have been killed.

This week, every mass media outlet took a break from their "CIA leak" promotion to run headlines and lead stories about the Iraq death toll reaching 2,000 (1,567 killed in action since the beginning of Operation Iraqi Freedom, 19 March 2003)—as if the death of American Patriot number 1,999 was somehow less important. Typical was this headline from The New York Times: "2,000 Dead: As Iraq Tours Stretch On, A Grim Mark." But not a whisper in the Leftmedia about the 3,870 Iraqi security forces killed in the last six months alone, in defense of their emerging democracy.

Every death of a member of our Armed Forces is equally devastating.
For The Patriot, every death of a member of our Armed Forces is equally devastating, and we mourn each one. Not a day passes without our prayers for both those standing in harm's way, and their families.
The "dezinformatsia" machines promote this "milestone" for one reason only—to foment additional dissent and rally support against the Bush administration's national-security strategy, which is to protect our homeland by taking the battle with Jihadis to their turf. In doing so, the Leftmedia has reduced the sacrifice of these young Patriots to nothing more than political fodder for their appeasement agenda.

On the night of 11 September 2001, President Bush told the nation, "We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them." He set in motion pre-emptive operations, which would become the "Bush Doctrine." Our analysts continue to support the doctrine of pre-emption firmly as the best measured response to the Jihadi threat around the world.

As for those still "Stuck on Stupid", insisting that there were no WMD found in Iraq, here's a partial list of what didn't make it out of Iraq before the invasion: 1.77 metric tons of enriched uranium, 1,700 gallons of chemical-weapon agents, chemical warheads containing the nerve agent cyclosarin, thousands of radioactive materials in powdered form designed for dispersal over population centers, artillery projectiles loaded with binary chemical agents, etc.

As The Patriot noted in October, 2002, our well-placed sources in the region and intelligence sources with the NSA and NRO estimated that the UN Security Council's foot-dragging provided an ample window for Saddam to export some or all of his deadliest WMD materials and components. At that time, we reported that Allied Forces would be unlikely to discover Iraq's WMD stores, noting, "Our sources estimate that Iraq has shipped some or all of its biological stockpiles and nuclear WMD components through Syria to southern Lebanon's heavily fortified Bekaa Valley."

In December of 2002, our senior-level intelligence sources re-confirmed estimates that some of Iraq's biological and nuclear WMD material and components had, in fact, been moved into Syria and Iran. That movement continued until President Bush finally pulled the plug on the UN's ruse.

To that end, we are deeply indebted to our Patriot Armed Forces, who have prevented al-Qa'ida or some other Jihadi terrorist cell from striking a U.S. urban center with WMD. Make no mistake—Islamofascists want to bring America to ruin, and they will use any means at their disposal to do so. Mr. President, stay the course.

Americans arent what they used to be

My conversations with Iraqi War Veteran

I went to visit my alma mater, Ohio University this past weekend to see old friends, and to spend time with a Marine who just got back from Iraq last week. After hearing his stories and experiences over there for almost 8 months, I love our Military even more and am confident we are there for the right reasons.

He lost 16 of his brothers and engaged in some horrible firefights. He had friends die in his arms, and had to carry their burning bodies, skin falling off, away to safety. He warned me that sometimes he wakes up screaming and has nightmares. I hope this will subside but he's only been home a week. I heard him hyperventilating and tossing and turning. Why am I sharing all of this? I'll tell you.

I asked him while sharing a beer: What are your feelings about the War on Terrorism and the War in Iraq? He believes they are one and the same and answered something like this:

"We are not over there to free the Iraqis. Sure thats an added bonus but thats not why we're dying over there. There is a lot of oil in Iraq thats worth billions. We cannot allow the bad guys to gain control of that oil. They will sell it for billions and use that money to buy bad shit to kill us." Even after everything he saw and experienced, both good and bad, he still believes down to his core in our cause there. By killing insurgents and preventing Iraq from harboring and training any future terrorists, we can put a serious dent in the War on Terror.

I see and hear all the anti-war people and it upsets me so much. We are over there to keep the bad guys from hurting us here, I don't see whats so difficult to understand. I've very sensitive when it comes to our military, probably because I've had 2 students die, I have their sisters in class and my friend went through so much and thank god came home safe. He may have to go back and he is prepared for that. I couldn't be more proud of our military and I will do whatever I can for them anytime.

Amazing Poem

The soldier stood faced God, which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining, just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, you soldier, how shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other check? To my church have you been true?"
The soldier squared his shoulders and said, "No, Lord, I guess I ain't. Because those of us who carry guns, Can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays, and at times my talk is tough.
And sometimes I've been violent, because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny, that wasn't mine to keep.
Though I worked a lot of overtime, when the bills got just too steep.
And I never pass a cry for help, though at times I shook with fear.
And sometimes, God, forgive me, I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't derserve a place among the people here.
They never wanted me around, except to calm their fears.
If you've a place for me here, Lord, It needn't be so grand.
I never expected or had too much, But if you don't, I'll understand. "
There was a silence all around the throne, where the saints had often trod.
As the soldier waited quietly for the judgement of his God.
Step forward now, you soldier, you've borne your burdens well.
Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets, You've done your time in Hell.

Remember, it is the Soldier, not the reporter who have given us the freedom of the press. It is the Soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is drapped by the flag, who allows the protestors to burn the flag. So the next time you want to give thanks... give it to the men and women who give the ultimate sacrafice for their country and the ones who are still over there fighting for you!

DU members sippin' on too much hateorade

So I decided to check out the Democratic Underground, where my blog was posted up on. These people are so typical of the liberals I run into.....full of hate and personal attacks. No solutions or intelligent discussions on there, I can tell you that. I have NEVER spoken to any of these people but I'd like you to see the class acts they are by reading some of the comments they made about me. They are even trying to find out who I am:

"Griping about liberals and how mean we are, then saying she won't let us in traffic. Hypocrite." (she has a Go Cindy icon next to her post)

"Isn't it great that she's a teacher? I'd love to enroll kids in her class...except for the fact that they'd all be left behind."

Watchful One: "Teacher Tori is really good about allowing dissenting opinions on her blog and she does listen to reason sometimes. Eddie, on the other hand, has deleted my very civil comments on his blog. In fact, he even deleted my responses to questions he directed at me personally. Go figure. I guess he didn't like what I had to say.Of course, Tori is the exeception. Unlike Tori, many right wingers pay lip service to American ideals such as free speech and dissent, but the truth is that they just aren't comfortable with them."

"She only allows dissenting opinions because she is too stupid to figure out how to delete them. She is a moran of the highest order. " (I know how to delete, post and I'll show you)

"In her profile, she lists Full Metal Jacket as one of her favourite movies (presumably because it's a war film). Now, correct me if I'm wrong, and I may be, and if I am, I'll eat a bug, but the tone of that film wasn't exactly pro-war."

"I see she took the "anonymous" option off . . . . . . so you have to sign up to her stupid blog to post now. No thanks. I have not a shred of hope for these champions."

"So you're all happy that the good guys were re-elected, huh?Happy that you're paying $3.00 a gallon for gas while folks like Halliburton and Cheney rake in record profits?Happy that hundreds of billions of dollars are being spent to rebuild Iraq that could be used for OUR country?Happy that this country's budget deficit is going through the roof?Happy that Bush's approval rating is going down like the Titanic?Happy that almost 2,000 flag-draped coffins containing the remains of US soldiers have been shipped back to the States?--------------And where are they getting this idea that liberals have long hair and don't bathe? I haven't heard shit like that since the sixties..."

"I don't know what's worse -- that she teaches other people's children or the fact that she's a teacher who supports *.She's also 25 -- prime age for Iraq. Oh, wait, she must have "other priorities."

"Aren't teachers supposed to be well-read? What's she reading next, Ashley Smith's Christian Meth book that just came out?"

"Good one! This baffoon is, get this, a DRIVER'S ED teacher! Damn! I thought the Repugs had cut all driver's ed programs b/c they're frivolous - not one of the "3 Rs"!"

"Oh, and in case you didn't know, Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Oliver North
Charleton Heston - they're all BOOKS!!!!!At least, according to "Teacher Tori" (they have all written books)

"It scares me to death that people like this are on the same streets and roads as I drive every day; and my car has a bumper sticker that says, "Don't Blame Me--I Voted Kerry." This biatch sounds like a "Desparate Housewife" wannabe who drives a gas-guzzling SUV...." (I drive a Jetta)

"Holy christ, this woman is dumber than a box of rocks."

"What a self-righteous bitch. Maybe she should move to France if she doesn't like it--after all, isn't that where they want all us America-hating hippies to go?"

"And how sweet of her...she has a support a sniper link. What a chickenhawk!"

"The thread is getting better and better. I just gave ol' Tori a smackdown about her spelling because she said that we would be lucky to have teachers like her teach their children. What a moran. " (uhh, that wasn't me)

"Has anybody figured out who she is based on her ex-boyfriend's blog? I don't remember if it was in this thread or another, but she mentioned that an ex-boyfriend has pics of her on his blog." (real mature guys)

"Teacher Tori sounds like a fucking idiot. Wonder if she's half as concerned over any former students she may have who have been killed in Iraq because of her frothing at the mouth allegiance to the proudly self proclaimed "C-student." "

Unbelieveable. Thanks to whoever posted my blog on there, that was really nice of you :)

Anti-Republican Cartoon

One of my fellow teachers thought I would appreciate this......he was wrong so I figured I'd pass it on to all the commies and tree-huggers who stop by here from time to time :) Make sure after the cartoon that you click on the "start" arrow and graze through it. Its funny and offensive at the same time! I'm going to find a liberal one and post it.

BECOME REPUBLICAN

Exterminate white people

I saw this link at a fellow blogger's and wanted to share it here.

Unbelievable. Go back to Africa you racist.

Best Weekend Ever

So I got back last night from visiting my alma mater, Ohio University....what a great time! That was the best 5 years and a summer of my life. People that graduate in 4 years don't know what they're missing (besides another year of tuition.)

I got to see old friends, drink $1.25 beers, and watch our football team beat Ball State. I marched in the Homecoming parade with my old College Republican's club. We marched down the main street on campus that has approx. 30 bars that have been open since 6am so everyone was hammered. Overall, our float and organization was received very well....minus a few fingers, a few boos, a dirty hippy that followed us, oh, and the idiot who yelled "F#ck Bush" and threw candy back in my face.

I haven't drank that much in years and I must say its nice not having to worry about driving anywhere. I really didn't want to come home but I'm an adult now with a job and a morgage so back to the daily grind!

I'll write about my conversations with my Marine friend who just got back from Iraq later.

libs in traffic

I was driving to school this morning and this nasty, old, rusted up minivan was in front of me with 2 disturbing things on the back of his car:

1. a black ribbon magnet that says in creepy letters "BRING THEM HOME"

2. a bumper sticker that said "ABORT "W" IN THE FIRST TERM"

What's the matter with these people? I immediately changed lanes and got the hell away from that van. Knowing my luck, it would've hit me and either raced off or had no insurance.

Oh and by the way libs....if you have anti-bush, re-elect Gore, or Kerry/Edwards stickers on your car and I see you in traffic, I won't let you in. Take off your freaking stickers....the election is done, get over it. And enjoy sitting in traffic :)

Pray for Teacher Tori

I think I'm about to have a coronary. Tomorrow I will be evaluated by the principal. He will come into my classroom, sit in the back, and watch and critique everything I do and say. Its extremely stressful and can determine if you are asked back next year. This happens 2 times a year (3 if they have concerns) and you can be fired until after your 4th year and are tenured.

Athletic training is really stressing me out right now as it this evaluation. I decided to teach about the muscular system/skeletal systems and disorders/injuries of them. This is my area of expertise so I figured it will help me shine and sound super-smart. THANK GOD I'm leaving for Ohio for the weekend on Thursday. It will be a much-needed escape. I get to see all my old friends, a new baby, and my friend from Iraq just came home safely!

Just need to get through 2nd hour tomorrow......say a prayer for me so I don't get fired!!!!

Holding Court

Rush Limbaugh wrote an amazing op-ed in the Wall Street Journal about how our party is stronger than ever. Here is the first paragraph and click the link to read the rest. Its encouraging!

"I love being a conservative. We conservatives are proud of our philosophy. Unlike our liberal friends, who are constantly looking for new words to conceal their true beliefs and are in a perpetual state of reinvention, we conservatives are unapologetic about our ideals. We are confident in our principles and energetic about openly advancing them. We believe in individual liberty, limited government, capitalism, the rule of law, faith, a color-blind society and national security. We support school choice, enterprise zones, tax cuts, welfare reform, faith-based initiatives, political speech, homeowner rights and the war on terrorism. And at our core we embrace and celebrate the most magnificent governing document ever ratified by any nation--the U.S. Constitution. Along with the Declaration of Independence, which recognizes our God-given natural right to be free, it is the foundation on which our government is built and has enabled us to flourish as a people."

mixed emotions

Well, my beloved city of Chicago FINALLY has a team going to the World Series.........the White Sox. Obviously, I wish it were my Cubbies but I will cheer for the Sox. My reasoning??? Its about time we got title back here in Chi-town and if the Sox can make it, maybe there's some hope for the Cubs someday. In addition, I dislike Houston and absolutely detest St. Louis. Soooo, I would like to see the White Sox kick the ever-living crap out of the Cardinals. Lets just hope those ghetto south-siders can maintain their composure and keep the rioting, looting and fires to a miminum :)

Pretty Funny

David Letterman... "Top Signs Your Supreme Court Pick Isn't Qualified":

Lost 10 grand yesterday in the "case" of Jets v. Ravens;
Spends most of her time trying to fit the gavel into her mouth;
Her legal mentor: Oliver Wendell Redenbacher;
Asks courtroom stenographer to, "Quit that annoying tapping!";
Instead of Constitutional law books, consults set of "Garfield" paperbacks;
When Scalia walks by, she pretends to cough and says, "Rogaine";
Authored the book: "I'm Not Qualified to be a Supreme Court Justice";
The closest thing to courtroom experience was being an extra on "Matlock."

I dated a conspiracy theorist :O

So my last boyfriend is a liberal democrat (although he may disput that). Well, I checked his blog out today and found an interesting entry. I would like to link to it, however, I am trying to stay pretty much anonymous on this blog and his has pics of me on there. Sooooo, I hope he isn't mad but I am going to post his blog entry on here and let you guys have at it:

Ok, so I’ve spent roughly the last three hours reading various political blogs (doh, what was I thinking) because I am becoming increasingly possessed by the Plame / Leak scandal investigation that is close to a climax. In short, I thought it was time I looked into my crystal ball and made a few predictions. Those who know my past work, know that I correctly predicted the Iraqi war, although I did not correctly predict the associated implications of that war. However if I had looked more closely at the halliburton link, I think I might have guessed at some of the other implications.

Regardless, here are some additional predictions.
Regarding Fitzgeralds investigation, I’m operating under the assumption that there will be at least 2 indictments. The first will either by Libby or Rove. The second will, and this is a stretch, be Cheney. If there is only one indictment, it will be Libby, and it will be for something like “obstruction” or “Perjury”. However, if there is more than one indictment, then all bets are off. The second indictment will force Cheney out of the office of Veep, allowing Prez to nominate someone for the position. Although, health reasons might be the “official” reason for the departure from office. The next Veep will either be Guiliani or McCain. It will be the former if Bush expects to serve the remainder of his term without additional legal problems - and assuming he isn’t named as an unindicted co-conspirator. The latter nomination will be the result of some amount of concern that Bush will not be able to complete his term.

These are both potential presidential candidates, and in either situation, it gives them a huge head start over potential Democratic front runner Gore. Sounds nuts, right? You’ll think I’m even more nuts when I reveal Gore’s most likely running mate - Obama. I think we’d have 70% turnout among African Americans, and 90% in Illinois for that ticket.

Then what? Beyond that it really gets too fuzzy for me to predict. I am guessing that Fitzgerald will definately file charges stemming from his investigation. I am not so certain that he will have enough ammo to go after any of the senior positions in the white house. However, if you follow my line of thinking, it becomes a possibility.

1.) After Cooper @ Time revealed that Rove was *his* source, contradicting previous testimony, Rove offered up Libby in an effort to deflect almost certain criminal charges. Realizing that he was toast, Libby attempted to hide what he new by not releasing a personal waiver to Miller, while she sat in jail. Now, she has some role in this, and probably has something to hide as well, and I’m sure it relates back to the White House. But beyond that, once she got out, Fitzgerald used her testimony to disprove Whatever Libby had already told him.

2.) Libby, after being unsuccessful in his attempt to keep things covered up, realized his only way to avoid jail time was to start elaborating on previous conversations as part of the WHIG, among other things. This is what leads to Cheney. But then how far does it go from there? I’m not going to speculate on that part because there are some stunning implications.
For instance, following the above line of reasoning, some question of “motive” has to come up. Clearly that motive for Cheney is profit. Looking at others who possibly profited from a war in Iraq leads even further back, possibly all the way back to September 11th. This is bad news and explains a lot about the heel dragging of the september11th commission. I am NOT willing to go that far, but I know others will.

Even if you don’t go that far, if there is proof that Cheney orchestrated the discrediting of Joeseph Wilson regarding his trip to Niger, then there is some question to whether or not Cheney or Bush new that the intel they were working on as a lead up to Iraq was phoney ahead of time. If they new ahead of time, Bush might be on the hook for lying to congress at the state of the union. Now, again, that is like some wild leftwingnut conspiracy theory, but its worth speculating on because you KNOW that there are people out there who will try to take that line of reasoning as a way to get the President impeached.

I AM NOT in favor of leftwingnuts going after the president just because they don’t like him. I think that would be bad and just make life in this country worse. But forget all that and just know this: if we have a conspiracy charge, and the president is named as an unindicted co-conspirator, we will have a major economic and political crisis on our hands. If you follow me all the way to Cheney, then the reasoning behind bush being involved in the charges becomes a real possibility. (edit, the above paragraph is me being tired and getting too far down the pit of “conspiracy junkies”. I’ll leave it in, though.)

Fitzgerald began “cleaning up Chicago” Elliott Ness style by first going after little fish with minor connections to city government. He was able to flip little fish, and keep going up the chain of command, until he finally got in to charges against people in City Hall. Eventually even the Mayor will likely face some charges if the investigation continuess. I have a feeling that the same thing is happening here, but on a much larger scale. By flipping the people lower on the ladder, Fitzgerald is slowly working up to some pretty significant charges. My only concern is that there will be conspiracy charges, because those will be both hard to prove and fairly damaging to our economy (because political instability is generally bad for business.)

Now, Cheney has a good reason to retire before facing charges: he has lucrative stock options from his time at Halliburton, a deferred salary that he can’t collect on until after he is out of public office, oh, and its probably a lot less stressful to roll around in your scrooge-mcduck sized vault than it is to be the number 2 person in our Government. (note, this smacks of editorializing, but I can’t think of a better reason to retire than between 1 and 8 million dollars worth of deferred salary and stock options - especially if i’m having health problems which are made worse by stress).

I want to reitorate incase I wasn’t clear above: I think there will be charges because of the Plame leak and I think those charges will extend as far as the Veep’s office. I AM NOT advocating for anything that goes beyond what the evidence provides. I don’t want to see a witch hunt, I don’t want to see our president made a fool of because he either allowed a conspiracy to happen, or was part of one. But I do want to see Fitzgerald do his thing and just get the facts right.

Ultimately, all I want is a Charles-Dickens-Like resolution to this whole mess. (In Charles Dickens novels, no matter what, the “bad guys” always get their “come-uppance” by the end of the novel. And by “bad guys” I mean whoever it was that broke the law.)

Interesting Quote

"How does one artfully say that out of a small percentage of America's population—13 percent—blacks account for 37.2 percent of all those arrested for violent crimes, 54.4 percent of all robbery arrestees, and are the known offenders in 51.3 percent of all murders? The murder rate in the city of New Orleans stands at over 7.5 times the national average, and authorities convict only one in four arrested for homicide. Speaking of 'inartful,' back in 1993, a noted civil rights leader made the following comment: 'There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery—then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.' The speaker? Jesse Jackson. Despite calls to do so, [William] Bennett, as of this writing, refuses to apologize [for his comments regarding blacks, crime and utilitarian abortion]... To so-called 'civil rights leaders' offended by Bennett's remarks, consider this: As between urban crime and Bill Bennett's 'inartful' comments, which poses a bigger threat to the health, growth and prosperity of the black community?" —Larry Elder

What an idiot

Short and sweet: Lady was kicked off a Southwest flight for wearing a t-shirt that says "Meet the Fuckers" with pics of President Bush, Cheney and Rice. Real classy broad there (typical liberal).....here's the whole story:

Oregon woman kicked off flight in Reno over offensive shirt

I lost my voice

For some professions, this would not be a problem, maybe even a gift in disguise. As a teacher, and especially a PE teacher, this is a nightmare. About 5pm yesterday my throat started getting scratchy, then my glands started to swell....and I felt icky so I went to bed around 9:00pm. And if you know me, you know that I'm notorious for staying up really late to this is not a good sign. I woke up a few times to drink some water and when I got up at 6:30am for school, I pretty much had no voice.

I feel like a complete retard today (not P.C. but oh well). My students are getting a kick out of it though in Health class. I changed my lesson plan today from a Power Point on the Cardiovascular and Respiratory systems to a packet to work on with a partner. Funniest thing is that the kids are speaking softly to me and using their hands. KIDS, I AM NOT DEAF, I CAN HEAR JUST FINE!!! They're cute. And if they are getting off task, I've been blowing my whistle at them.

Student update

So I have this student who's a freshman and has an "A" in my class right now. Like I said in my earlier post, he brought a BB gun to school and was showing it around in the hallway. I had to do a write-up on him evaluating his grade, behavior, absences, etc. in my class to be presented to the school board.

Well, What I DIDN'T know was that he shot 4 students in the hallway with it!!!! I just found out he was expelled from school. Do you think the punishment fit the crime?

Worst show ever

THE DRUDGE REPORT

'COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF' SUTHERLAND: BUSH WILL DESTROY OUR LIVES:

Choking back tears, COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF star Donald Sutherland warned this week: President Bush "will destroy our lives!" (Jeez, take it down a notch donnie Mr. My career is doing down the shitter so I have to resort to a tv show just like my shitty counterpart Geena "Hillary wannabe Davis.")

The star of the new ABC drama, which follows the first woman President of the United States, lashed out at the real White House during a dramatic sit down interview with the BBC. Sutherland ripped Bush and his administration for the war and Hurricane Katrina fallout."They were inept. The were inadequate to the task, and they lied," Sutherland charged." (Donnie, I didn't know you sat in on intel meetings between shooting scenes!) And they were insulting, and they were vindictive. And they were heartless. They did not care. They do not care. They do not care about Iraqi people. They do not care about the families of dead soldiers. They only care about profit." (yeah, I'm really noticing the billions pouring in)

At one point during the session, Sutherland started crying: "We've stolen our children's future... We have children. We have children. How dare we take their legacy from them. How dare we. It's shameful. What we are doing to our world." (does this guy actually think he's living in his shitty new show?)

Sutherland went on rip Karl Rove's "methods and means" against people like Cindy Sheehan. (and isn't she a little slice of heaven.)

"We're back to burning books in Germany," Sutherland said of NBC's editing out of Kanye West's comment on Bush during a hurricane relief telethon. (how is it that Bill Bennett says ONE thing and people castrate him for it, these douches can spout off all this senseless hate and bullshit and they are given airtime for it. Its despicable. BTW, I watched an episode of Commander in Chief, it made me want to kill puppies. Could they be any more freaking obvious about paving the way for Hillary or what?)

I need a life

I'm been stuck home all weekend sick and you know its gotten bad when I was talking to my family's 2 doberman I'm dog-sitting.

Its also pathetic that I stole my parent's Chicago Tribune Sports section and immediately turned to the "High school sports" section to see the latest rankings. My school is pretty good in sports and is nipping at the heels of my alma mater. I love my old high school yet loathe them b/c we're always finishing second behind them. But when you work with high school athletics for hours every single day, can you blame me for caring? Even worse, I called a friend of mine who is one of the varsity football coaches for the team we are playing for Homecoming next week just to heckle him. I told him that his school has no chance in hell and just to stay home to avoid the embarrassment. Then he told me his team wants to send a keg over the night before to the team captain's place to get my kids drunk. Or he wants to start a fight at my school so my athletes will get suspended. So I told him I will "acccidently" forget to give his team water on their sidelines. Sooo sad, grown people bickering over high school football, I guess I'm not the only one that needs a life.

Also quite annoying...........the Tribune sports section has been renamed "Soxtober". As a Cubs fan, its frustrating to see the first like 4 pages dedicated to the White Sox. I guess, if the Cubs can't win, I'd like the White Sox to win......only problem being that Sox fans get on my nerves. So if they could win yet none of the fans could talk smack to Cubs fans, then I'd be happy. But no matter what, we are still Chicago's beloved Cubbies for the following reasons:

1. We sell out no matter win or lose. Die hard fans
2. We have Wrigley Field (which Sox fans say most fans are "Wrigley fans, not Cubs fans"..who gives a rat's ass)
3. Our fans are much better looking
4. I don't fear for my life when going to Wrigleyville......"The Cell" is surround by creepy, ghetto projects.
5. We have a bar every 5 feet surrounding Wrigley Field.....where the Old Style flows till wee hours in the morning. The women are easy and the men buy us beers.
6. We are America's colors.......Red, White and Blue :)
7. Watch any away Cubs game..........always lots of fans in the stands!

I could go on forever but you get the picture. Soooo, I guess go White Sox. Now if only my Green Bay Packers can get a win Monday Night against Carolina for the love of god.........
